Global Brain dan Peran Internet

Global Brain and the Role of the Internet
Global Brain is a conceptualization of a worldwide network formed by all people in the world together with the information and communication technology that connects them to be intelligent in regulating itself. Internet becomes faster, smarter, and more thorough, more and bind us together into a single information processing system that functions as the nervous system of the earth. This network is collective intelligence or distributed, not centralized or local in any particular individual, organization or computer system.
The Internet is a global system of the entire network of computers connected together. The Internet itself is also having a positive impact that all men who access the internet will get a variety of information quickly and complete. However, in addition to having a positive impact of the internet which also has a negative impact, as well as morally corrupt society if misused to access or open a pornography or gambling sites. The role of the Internet as a mediation that enables the formation of various models of consciousness and mendoro
n g the formation of collective unconsciousness.
1. Consciousness
Consciously or collective consciousness is a set of shared beliefs, ideas and moral attitude which operates as a unifying force in society. The term was introduced by the French sociologist Emile Durkheim in his division Labour in Society in 1893.
According to Jung's theory, as quoted Alwisol (2004) in his book  Psychology of Personality , Consciousness  appears early in life, perhaps even before birth. Gradually general awareness-rough baby, be specific ssemakin when the baby was getting to know people and motorcycles around. According to Jung, the first results of the process of differentiation of consciousness that is the ego. As an organization of consciousness, ego plays an important role in determining the perceptions, thoughts, feelings and memories that can enter into consciousness. Without the selection of the ego, the human soul can be chaotic because flooded by experience that all free to enter into consciousness. By filtering the experience, trying to maintain the integrity of the ego kepribaddian and gives people a feeling of continuity and identity.
2. unconsciousness
Unconscious (Unconscious) be a place for all the encouragement, urging, or instincts that we do not realize but it turned out to encourage the words, feelings, and actions. Although we are aware of our behavior is real, often we do not realize the mental processes that lie behind such behavior. According to unconsciousness covers everything very difficult brought to consciousness, including everything that was originally unconscious, like lust and instincts and everything that includes both unconscious and is the source of motivation and encouragement that there is in man
According to Freud 's unconscious existence can only be proven indirectly. For him unconscious is an explanation of the meaning is behind dreams, slips of the tongue ( slips of the tongue ), and various kinds of forgetting, which is known as repression ( repression ).
In fact, Freud was not the first to find the idea of the unconscious (unconsciousness),  but it was he who made the idea became famous, and it must be admitted, that the understanding of human consciousness and unconsciousness is one of the greatest contributions of Freud's thinking. According to him, the key to understanding the behavior and personality problems stems from it. Ketidakasadaran it can not be studied directly, because it is a behavior that appears logical consequence.
By Gerald Corey, clinical evidence to justify the unconscious human nature can be seen from the following things, such as:
  1. Dream; this is a reflection of the needs, desires and conflicts within themselves.
  2. One said something; for example, the name that has been known previously.
  3.  Post-hypnotic suggestion.
  4.  The material comes from the technique of free association.
  5. The material comes from the projection techniques, as well as symbolic contents of psychotic symptoms.
3. Collective unconsciousness
The collective unconscious terms of analytical psychology, which was created by Carl Jung  It is proposed to be a part of the subconscious pikirin, expressed in humanity and all life forms with the nervous system, and how to structure the independent spirit mmenjelaskan set experience. Jung distinguished the collective unconscious of the personal unconscious, the personal unconscious is  a reservoir  of personal experience is unique to each individual, while the collective unconscious collected in the same way with each member of a particular species.
Collective unconsciousness  is also called  transpersonal unconscious , Jung original concept of the most controversial; a psychic system the most powerful and most influential, and in cases of pathological surpass the ego and the personal unconscious. According to Jung, the evolution of creatures (humans) to give a blueprint not only on the physical / body but also about personality. Collective unconscious is the storehouse of memory latency inherited by ancestors, either in the form of a human ancestor or ancestors prehuman / animal (remember Darwin's theory of evolution). Inherited memories are common experiences that constantly repeated across generations. However, it is not inherited specific memory or thought, but rather as a predisposition (tendency to act) or the potential to think of something. Collective unconscious is the foundation inherited race in the overall structure of personality. On it was built ego, personal unconscious and the individual experiences. So what is learned from experience substantially influenced by unconscious kolekif that selects and directs behavior in infancy. Personal unconscious and the collective unconscious help humans in storing all that has been forgotten / neglected., And all policies and experiences throughout history. Ignoring the unconscious can damage the ego because the unconscious can deflect into deviant behavior such as phobias, delusions, and symptoms of psychological disorders. The main contents of the collective unconscious are archetypes, which can emerge into consciousness in the form of a symbol.
